Q: Can I order tickets online?
A: Yes! Simply click on the Buy Tickets link on any screening page within our online schedule to purchase advance tickets.
Q: When do advance ticket sales end?
A: Four hours before the first screening of that day.
Q: When can I pick up my advance tickets?
A: The Michigan Theater box office will be open a half-hour before all ticketed screenings during the festival. Will Call tickets will be available at that time.
Q: Will tickets still be available if a screening sells out online?
A: Potentially. Advance ticket sales do not cover 100% of seating for a screening. To check on the availability of tickets the day of a screening, a half hour before a screening at 734.763.8587 or simply show up and ask!
Festival and Weekend Pass FAQ
Q: Are passes good for any screening?
A: Yes, however, we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the screening you wish to attend to guarantee yourself a seat.
Q: Are passes good for the Midnight Movies?
A: Yes! There will be a separate line for pass holders outside the State Theater.
Q: Can I order passes online?
A: You certainly can! Full festival passes are available here. Weekend passes are available here. Your pass will be available for pick up at Will Call at the Michigan Theater box officea half hour before any ticketed screening.
